Faith That Reached Beyond Fear
Shazia, a widow living in a small village near Multan, had carried grief and loneliness for years after losing her husband. With no stable income and little emotional support, she often felt abandoned and forgotten.
When CAP volunteers first met her during a discipleship visit, she rarely spoke and avoided community gatherings.
Over time, through regular prayer meetings, women‟s fellowship gatherings, and compassionate support, Shazia slowly began opening her heart again. She found not only spiritual encouragement, but also a community that embraced her with dignity and care.
Today, Shazia hosts weekly prayer gatherings in her home for women in her village who are also facing hardship and isolation.
She shared:
“I thought my life had become empty after loss. But God used His people to remind me that broken hearts can still become places of light for others.”
